Content generated by the Service is produced by AI language models. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or free of errors. You own the content generated for your account, subject to the following:
If you choose to provide your own Anthropic API key ("Bring Your Own Key"), you are responsible for its security and usage costs. We store your key encrypted at rest. You agree that usage costs on your API key from the Service are your responsibility.
The Service, its software, design, and all non-user-generated content are owned by ClearValue Advisory and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform itself.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), Unsplash (photos), and Resend (email). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEARVALUE ADVISORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
